During the COVID-19 pandemic, I was in my second semester of post-graduation. That period brought unexpected financial loss, but it also gave me a deeper realization. Despite my own struggles, I helped many artist friends with whatever funds I had.

‘Art’ is a beautiful word.
It has the power to make us think beyond formats and boundaries. In India, I’ve come across countless craftsmen, but very few true artists. One day, sitting in my office, I decided to look beyond my own needs. I chose to burn not just for myself, but for the entire art community.
Just like my name Chirag — which means a lamp — I am not meant to burn for myself alone, but to light the way for others.

That’s when Chirag Art Foundation was born — my dream space where people can heal themselves by discovering who they are through the medium of art. I believe art awareness is not a luxury, it is a primary need. Visualization is essential for building creative structures in the brain.

On 8th December 2021, I received the MCA certificate for Chirag Art Foundation. But the battle wasn’t over — I fought for three long years to obtain the TM-R (Trademark Registration), and finally, in 2024, we completed our legal identity.

During these years, I studied the financial structure of the art world. I made films, learned painting, printing, sculpture, tattooing, and ran businesses — all to understand how the economy moves around art. I lived among non-artists to understand their psychology. I met celebrities to learn how they navigate their lives.
I was even bankrupt.
But I have no regrets.
Because I am on a journey — to understand art in its truest form, and to build a structure that provides oxygen to artists.

India is the most culturally diverse country in the world, home to countless tribal communities and creative minds. Yet, many are forgetting the value of culture and the power of visualization. That’s why the founder of Chirag Art Foundation chose to first live the struggle, in order to speak and act for artists with authenticity.

 ​

Chirag Art Foundation holds a revolutionary vision: 
To recreate the economic structure of art across the world.
To recognize that art is not just about fine arts, but a vast, unending canvas of human experience.
We believe visualization is a superpower of the human brain — one that can shape a more beautiful, meaningful world.

And finally, I just want to say this:

This is just the beginning.
I’m not here to seek profit or corruption.
I’m here to burn like a Chirag — for Art.
I’ve dedicated this lifetime to art and artists.
And this story... is still being written.
